Two of my snacks today:

1.) container of greek yogurt with protein cake (I mixed cinnamon and a packet of splenda) and crushed the protein cake in the yogurt.

2.) protein cake topped with homemade coconut butter

Protein cake

mix scoop protein powder (I use dymatize) with enough water to mix all powder in a small tupperware container. Microwave on high for one minute.
