Thank you :) I actually don't cook them at all. Once I spiralize them, I put them in a bowl and place a dry paper towel to remove excess water and add salt. I tried cooking once and they came out too watery.
I love this recipe, but it is definitely something that needs to be eatern right away or else it becomes too watery.
Just out of curiosity, but how do you cook the zuchinni noodles? Steam? Boil? Nuke? Thanks! (And BTW...welcome back!!! :))
