"Zucchini Noodles" with Chicken

Nice Low Carb Lunch.... zucchini "noodles" made with my spiralizer. Topped with chicken and diced tomato sauce topped with spices.

  1. Just out of curiosity, but how do you cook the zuchinni noodles? Steam? Boil? Nuke? Thanks! (And BTW...welcome back!!! :))

  2. Thank you :) I actually don't cook them at all. Once I spiralize them, I put them in a bowl and place a dry paper towel to remove excess water and add salt. I tried cooking once and they came out too watery.

    I love this recipe, but it is definitely something that needs to be eatern right away or else it becomes too watery.
