I am back again... after another short blogging break. Things have been busy with work. I felt like I have been living out of a suitcase the past 4 months. My job has been going great, I am finally happy again... woo hoo :)
These days I have been eating out of convenience... I have been eating a lot more low fat, higher carb and protein... and I miss my peanut butter!
Turkey and fat free cheese on 100 calorie bagel thins (I love these!)
Still obsessed with rice cakes topped with "protein spread..." (Protein powder mixed with a bit of water)
My new favorite on the go snack.... plain greek yogurt mixed with oatmeal, cinnamon and splenda.
Hopefully, things die down so I can continue blogging... because I missed it :)
