NOTE: Ignore the almond milk. I ended up not using it. Also for the chocolate sauce, I really didn't weigh anything out, but you can play around with the ingredients. My next plan is to add cream cheese and make it for like frosting texture... (but I didnt have any on hand).
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup egg whites
Chocolate Peanut Sauce
- spoon of silken tofu
- spoonful of cocoa powder
- stevia/equal/sweetener to taste
- spoonful of peanut flour
Directions: Blend egg whites and protein and make on waffle maker. Blend the chocolate sauce ingredients and pour on top.
