Ginger Peanut Butter Chicken and Bok Choy

Note: This is one of my favorite stir-fries I made in a while.

- 3 ounces chicken
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ginger powder
- soy sauce
- bok choy

Directions: Wash and cut bok choy. Stir fry. Add chicken, soy sauce and ginger. Once all cooked, top with peanut butter.
