Cinnamon Coconut Muffin with Cinnamon Coconut Frosting

Note: My other coconut muffin was so good I needed a variation...

Ingredients:
muffin
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour (14 grams)
- 56 grams egg whites
-cinnamon

frosting
- one tablespoon coconut butter (or oil)
- cinnamon (desired amount)

Directions:
mix flour, cinnamon and egg whites in a small tupperware container. micro for two minutes. in a small bowl, mix coconut butter and cinnamon. Drizzle on top.
