Chocolate Covered Kale Chips

NOTE: This sounds weird, but these are delicious. can't even taste the veggies in them.

- bunch of kale
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- equal
- cocoa powder

Directions: mix coconut oil, equal and cocoa powder. wash and dry kale. Pick of the leaves and dunk them in the mix. Lay flat on baking pan. Cook in pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes at 400.

I topped mine with a bit of sugar free maple syrup.
