- 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter
- 3 ounces frozen chicken
wash and cut bok choy. In a pan, stir fry sauce, the hard pieces of bok choy, sprouts and celery. Once fairly soft, add cooked chicken and bok choy leaves. Remove from heat and top with macadamia nut butter.
