Beet Chips

NOTE: These are delicious, but require some babysitting in the oven to prevent burning. And I usually don't like taking too long to cook. However, these are delicious and worth it. Also, you will get red hands! These were so delicious I forgot to take a pic of the plate. Luckily, I took pics of them while taking them out individually.


Directions: wash and cut in mandolin slicer. Place on baking sheet (one layer) and bake at 180 for about 20 minutes and turn. (I removed some 1/2 through)
