Macadamia Coconut Brussel sprouts

This would make a great side dish.

- bag of frozen brussel sprouts
- tablespoon of coconut oil
- tablespoon of macadamia nut butter

- cook brussel spouts in pan with coconut oil. Once cooked through, remove from heat and mix in macadamia nut butter.

I forgot that the coconut oil gets hard when its cold. It stuck to the frozen brussel sprouts at first.
