NOTE: These are super esy to make and convenient to take on the go.
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4- 1/2 cup egg whites
- cream of tartar
- tablespoon of unsweetened almond breeze (to thin out)
-mix all ingredients in the bullet (or by hand if you dont have a bullet). cook on non-stick skillet (sprayed with pam) like pancakes.
I top mine with cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup, but you can use peanut butter, sugar free jelly, cottage cheese, etc.
