Extra Protein-y Pudding

So, last night I completely forgot I was out of pecans for my normal protein pudding... so I substituted the pecan milk with egg whites and made it a bit different. I then ended up freezing it for a bit and it made this thick tasting pudding. It was delicious.

-1 scoop casein protein powder
- 1/2 cup egg beaters

Directions: Beat the egg whites until fluffy (I used my kitchen mixer.... after wiping off the dust- it's been a while). Add in protein powder and whisk some more. Pour in a bowl and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
