Chia Protein Pudding

NOTE: I added some chia to my regular protein pudding and fluffed it up... it gave me a HUGE amount... (I couldn't fill the bowl).

- 1 scoop protein powder (casein)
1/2 cup almond breeze (unsweetened vanilla)
- tablespoon chia seeds
- pinch of xantham gum

- mix in blender and serve
