Thanks to The Protein Bakery for sending me samples of their high protein desserts to sample. They have a huge selection to choose from, including fredh baked and colossal cookies, brownies, and blondies. They are packed with whey protein. In addition, they are wheat free and high in fiber (this is because they use rolled oats and grind them into a flour, rather than using plain flour). They are also vegetarian friendly as well.
These are a great alternative to regular snacks. Although I would still consider them a "cheat," I LOVE the added protein and they taste great! Definitely check them out!
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients: whey protein, rolled oats, light brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, trans fat free.
