I have been loving my walnut milk and protein powder puddings so much, I decided to customize it for breakfast.... by adding instant coffee to it! I actually don't drink much coffee anymore, but I had to wake up at 5AM this morning.. yes on a saturday!
- small hanful of walnuts (I used 1/4 serving)
- 1/2 cup water
- scoop of casein protein powder
- xantham gum
- serving of instant cofee
Directions: blend it up! It is so thick!
