Thanks to SchoolSafe Soybutter for sending me their soybutter to sample. This is a great substitute for kids with nut allergies that love peanut butter. It is 100% safe for kids with peanut and/or tree allergies.
The schoolsafe peanut butter has the texture of non-all natural peanut butter. It is very thick and it doesn't separate the oil from the peanuts (see pic below). I love it. It tastes a bit more sweeter than peanut butter... this is because it has evaporated cane juice added.
Two tablespoons have 200 calories, 15 grams fat, 2.5 grams saturated fat, 0 mg cholestrol, 8 grams carbs, 2 grams fiber, 4 grams sugar, and 7 grams protein.
Ingredients: Non GMO Toasted Soy, Soy Oil, Granulated Cane Sugar, Monoglyceride (from vegetable oil, prevents oil separation) and Sea Salt.
