The Gold Standard 100% whey is my protein powder of choice. I have the chocolate, vanilla icecream and caramel toffee fudge. Yum!

ReplyDeleteThe hydrowhey is good, but I think people should be aware it's only worth the money to mix & drink it during and immediately after a lifting session.
