Spaghetti Squash- 2 ways

Note: I made spaghetti squash TWO ways tonight... I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the 1/2 spaghetti squash with almond butter.

Spaghetti squash with almond butter:
- 1/2 roasted spaghetti squash
- krema products almond butter

Take a spaghetti squash and cut 1/2 lengthwise. Remove seeds and stringy stuff. Place in baking pan and roast at 400 for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and scrape off flesh. Top with almond butter.



Spaghetti squash with roasted tomatoes/salsa and butter buds:
- 1/2 roasted spaghetti squash
- salsa or tomato sauce
- butter buds (you can use nutritional yeast and cheese)

While I was making the spaghetti Squash, I ate a slice of French Meadow Cinnamon Raisin bread with naturally nutty butter toffee peanut butter on top.
