Somersault Cookie and Peanut Butter Stir Fry

Note: These somersault cookies are so delicious. My family ate the two large bags sent to me in one night, but I managed to save two smaller portion sized bags. These tasted awesome in the stir fry, since they are crunchy and salty, but not sweet.

- cabbages: red, green, napa
- onion
- carrot
- celery
- onion
- soy sauce
- 20 grams somersault cookies
- tablespoon krema products peanut butter

Directions: saute onion and carrot in soy sauce. Add other veggies. Top with crushed somersault cookies and drizzle with peanut butter.
