Garlic Roasted Radishes

Note: These make an AWESOME side dish instead of potatoes. Actually, if you look at the pics below, they sort of resemble baby roasted potatoes. When you roast them, they get very soft and lose that radish-y taste. I loved these with garlic oil. If you don't have garlic oil, you can use regular oil and garlic powder.

- tablespoon Garlic Gold Oil
- minced garlic
- 1/2 bag radishes

Directions: Cut the stems and the bottoms of the radishes off and halve them. Mix ingredients together and roast in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Check them frequently and flip every so often.
