Egg White Oatmeal

Note: This is a high protein meal. Adding whipped egg whites make the oatmeal fluffier. I love it. I also love using flavored water from the tea.

Ingredients:
- packet of nature's path organic oatmeal
- 2 egg whites
- packet of bigelow egg nog'n flavored tea
- pure via

Directions: make oatmeal with tea. (steep tea in hot water before mixing with oatmeal). microwave for a minute. Meanwhile beat egg whites. I used my magic bullet, but next time I will you use my mixer. Fold egg whites in mix and add purevia packet. mix and microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
