Banana Acorn Squash Ice Cream

Note: I know this sounds weird, but you can't even taste the acorn squash in the ice cream. Not sure what it was, but something hid the tangy flavor of the kefir, making this an awesome tasting treat.

- 1/2 cup life way low fat plain kefir
- 1/2 roasted acorn squash
- frozen banana
- tablespoon cocoa powder
- purevia

Directions: blend together, freeze and then eat.
