Vanilla Chai Cinnamon Oatmeal

Note: Thanks to Nature's Path for sending me the following oatmeal to sample. I haven't had oatmeal in forever it feels like. And this was just perfect on this cold Boston morning..

I am sure many of you heard about this trick. How do you want to spice up your plain oatmeal without adding calories? Steep hot tea in water and then add it to oatmeal.

- one packet Nature's Path Organic Hot Plain oatmeal
- tea: I used vanilla chai
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- cinnamon
- purevia

Directions: Make tea in boiling water. Place oatmeal in bowl. Top with bowling tea and mix in cinnamon and stevia.

If you haven't already, you have got to try Nature's Path Oatmeal. Not only is it organic, but the only ingredients are organic rolled oats and seal salt. 2 ingredients, that's it! There are no trans fats and it's vegetarian. And it's sugar free!
1 packet (50 grams) has:

I love plain oatmeal, because you can add ANYTHING to it. You can spice it up whatever way you want.
