Tuna Salad

Note: I am sure you have seen this before, but greek yogurt is a great healthy substitute for mayo in chicken, tuna, and egg salads.

Tuna salad
- diced veggies: yellow pepper, red onion, tomato
- salsa
- 3 oz tuna
- 2 tablespoons stonyfield farms oikos greek plain yogurt
- Benson's zesy seasoning

Directions: Mix tuna, salsa, greek yogurt and veggies together. Top on salad with lettuce, remaining tomato, onion, yellow pepper and chopped carrots. Top with Benson's zest seasonings.
