- head of broccoli
- 1/2 onion
- carrots
- minced garlic
- minced ginger
- teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 package of nasoya lite firm tofu
Directions: saute onions with teriyaki sauce, minced ginger and garlic. add chopped carrot. Then add broccoli, tofu and more teriyaki sauce and mix through until broccoli is cooked.
