Ingredients:
- Salmon burger
- red, green and yellow pepper
- tomato
- red onion
Dressing:
- teaspoon red wine vinegar
- sprinkle of juice of 1/2 lime
- deseeded tomato
- 1/2 mango
- purevia packet
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- teaspoon minced onion
- teaspoon minced garlic
Directions: cut veggies into minced pieces. Add chopped salmon on top. Puree dressing and add on top.
