Roasted Peanut Butter Teriyaki Sunflower Seeds and Zucchini

Note: As you can tell, I was in the roasting zucchini mood tonight.

Ingredients:
- zucchini
- teriyaki sauce
- homemade teriyaki sunflower seeds
- sea salt
- krema products peanut butter
- red onion

Directions: Roast zucchini, onion sprinkled with sea salt and teriyaki sauce in oven at 400 for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and top with sunflower seeds and drizzle peanut butter over it.
