- head of broccoli
- 1 ounce sargento all natural part skim cheese
- 1/2 ounce kaia foods sunflower seeds
Directions: Cut broccoli in bite size pieces. Roast in oven at 400 for about 25-30 minutes, until tops are crispy and black. Remove from oven top with cheese. Turn oven off and put it back in oven so cheese melts. remove and top with sunflower seeds.
