Roasted Banana with Peanut Butter

Note: A dessert that's HEALTHY for you. I loved my fried plantain so much, I thought roasting a banana would be good. This is actually recommended for more firmer bananas, but all I had was a semi mushy one. It was AWESOME! Roasting the banana brings out the sugary-ness of the banana more.

The seocnd pic was taken the day after so the banana got browner... if you serve right away, it won't be brown.

- banana
- 1 tablespoon Naturally Nutty Butter Toffee Peanut Butter
- cinnamon

Directions: Roast banana in skinks at 400 for about 5-10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle wwith cinnamon. Serve with peanut butter.
