Note: This turned out awesome! I just love the peanut butter and chia combo. I have to say, though... kabocha (or otherwise known as buttercup squash) is SO much better.
- small acorn squash
- 1.5 tablespoons krema products peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions: Cut acorn squash in half and roast for 45 minutes in 425 degree oven. Remove and drizzle with peanut butter and chia seeds.
