Note: this was delicious... so reminded me of carrot cake, but a lot healthier!
- 1/2 package Nature's path oatmeal
- 1/4 cup daisy cottage cheese
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/8 cup raisins
Directions: Make oatmeal. In a blender, put the grated carrot, oatmeal, cinnamon and purevia. Remove from blender and top with raisins.
