Pumpkin Chia Lentil Soup

Note: with the other 1/2 of the lentil soup from Dr. McDougall, I made a pumpkin chia lentil soup. It was super delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 box Dr. McDougall's lentil soup
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- tablespoon chia seeds

Dr. McDougall Lentil Soup
I loved this soup on it's own. As you can tell from the pics above, it is very thick. I love soups because they are so filling... and Boston is so cold! These are perfectly packged for on the go! plus, they are all natural and low in calories. See the nutritional facts below.
