Peanut Butter and Chia Sandwich

Note: Not really a recipe, but this is a yummy treat. If you want to make it low carb, you can use low carb bread, regular peanut butter and chia seeds.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- tablespoon better 'n peanut butter
- teaspoon chia seeds

Directions: toast bread. Top with peanut butter and chia seeds.
