PB, Flax and Egg White Turnips

note: I used cinnamon and it was good, but I would nix the cinnamon next time and use salt instead...

- 1/2 turnip
- 3 egg whites
- tablespoon Krema Products peanut butter
- tablespoon flaxseed meal
- cinnamon (optional)- i wouldn't use again
- salt

Directions: peel and cut turnips in very small chunks. boil. remove from heat. In a skillet, cook egg whites. Remove from heat. Add turnips back to skillet and add egg whites. remove from heat. Top with flax, peanut butter and cinnamon (or salt)
