Kathy's Flax Krackers with Tomato and Zucchini

Note: I like Roasted veggies in sandwiches and on crackers!

Ingredients:
- Kathy's Krackers (35 grams)
- tomato
- zucchini
- 10 grams (1.5 tablespoons) flaxseed meal

Directions: In a pan, cook zucchini. Remove from heat. Cook tomato slices. Sprinkle flax over veggies and crumbled crackers.
