Note: I got this idea from www.heathereatsalmondbutter.com. That girl is just awesome. I am now obsessed with kabocha squash, too. The pictures do this no justice.
- 1/2 small roasted kabocha squash, skin removed.
- packet of amazing grass chocolate powder
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond chocolate breeze
- 1/4 cup Daisy cottage cheese
Directions: mix it all up in a blender!
