Kabocha Oatmeal

Note: This was AWESOME. The kabocha, which I roasted adds a natural sweetness to the oatmeal. I subbed the cocoa powder for cinnamon. This was just amazing!

Ingredients:
- package Nature's Path Organic oatmeal
- 1/2 roasted small kabocha squash, remove skin.
- 1/2 cup almond breeze (chocolate or vanilla)
- purevia
- cinnamon

Directions: Pour package in bowl. Add almond milk, then add in pureed kabocha squash, cinnamon, and purevia. Mix and refridgerate overnight.
