Ginger Peach Pudding

Note: I like making cottage cheese puddings with dried fruit and refridgerating them over night, becaue the dried fruit pieces "plump" up.

- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 30 grams dried peaches
- cinnamon
- ginger
- truvia

Directions: blend all ingredinets, except 1/2 of dried fruit. Once blended, put in bowl and cover with diced pieces of leftover peaches. mix all together. refridgerate for a few hours.
