Note: The garlic oil Garlic Gold sent me was the star of this meal. Good topping for my "pasta zucchini. I cut the zucchini into thin strips to make pasta. Tomatoes and garlic were the "sauce."
- 3 oz shrimp
- de-seeded tomato, diced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Gold, separated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Gold parmesan nuggets
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Gold sea salt nuggets
Directions: Saute thin sliced onions. Slice zucchini into thin slices. Cook on non- stick skillet in one teaspoon garlic gold. Add shrimp and then de-seeded tomato pieces. Remove from heat and top with other teaspoon Garlic Gold, Garlic Gold Parmesan Nuggets and Garlic Gold Sea Salt nuggets.
