- onion
- broccoli
- carrots
- 1/2 package Nasoya Lite Firm Tofu
- tablespoon krema products peanut butter
- curry powder
Directions: saute onion in curry powder. Add carrots, then broccoli. Meanwhile, cut tofu in small pieces and wrap in towels and top with a plate to drain excess water. Add in tofu. Sprinkle with more curry powder. Once cooked, remove from heat and top with peanut butter.
