Note: Need a quick "pick me up." Try coffee yogurt! Mix a teaspoon of instant coffee in your yogurt. I also added some chocolate to the mix with a vita top muffin... and then some chia seeds! I mixed it all together and it was delicious! Perfect breakfast!
- 1/2 container voskos non fat plain yogurt
- teaspoon instant coffee
- teaspoon chia seeds
- Vita Top chocolate muffin
