Chocolate Eggs with Cocoa Sunflower Seeds

Note: Using the cocoa sunflower seeds I made herehttp://eatoxygen.blogspot.com/2010/01/homemade-cocoa-sunflower-seeds.html, I added them to my chocolate eggs. I know, it sounds weird, but I just love chocolate eggs!

Ingredients:
- 1 serving cocoa sunflower seeds
- 4 egg whites
- purevia
- 1 tablespoon hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions: Mix egg whites, purevia and hershey's cocoa. I used the magic bullet, but you can mix by hand (takes a while). Cook on non-stick skillet. Top with cocoa sunflower seeds.
