Chocolate Coconut Mango Tofu Pudding

Note: More tofu pudding... this was really good. I took a leap of faith with adding chocolate to it and it was awesome, although a weird ingredient... but we all know I like weird stuff :) Totally tastes better with the chocolate.

- small mango
- 1/3 package nasoya lite silken tofu
- packet of truvia
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- tablespoon So Delicious coconut creamer (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions: blend in bullet. You can eat right away or freeze for ice cream.
