Note: Thanks to progresso for sending me the following soup to sample. I also want to thank Dr. Kracker for sending me their crackers to sample as well. They are perfect healthier replacements for oyster crackers or saltines on soups.
- can of progress light chicken dumpling soup
- yellow pepper
- 5 Dr. Kracker crackers
Directions: cut yellow pepper and roast in oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare soup. Add in roasted pepper and top with pieces of Dr. Kracker.
