Chicken Dumpling and Roasted Yellow Pepper Soup

Note: Thanks to progresso for sending me the following soup to sample. I also want to thank Dr. Kracker for sending me their crackers to sample as well. They are perfect healthier replacements for oyster crackers or saltines on soups.

- can of progress light chicken dumpling soup
- yellow pepper
- 5 Dr. Kracker crackers

Directions: cut yellow pepper and roast in oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare soup. Add in roasted pepper and top with pieces of Dr. Kracker.

The Chicken and Herb dumpling is a new soup, so I was excited to try it! It was very good!

One cup has only 80 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 12 grams carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 6 grams protein.
