Note: First off, I have to say, I LOVE bean sprouts. Only 30 calories, but 3 grams of protein for a FULL CUP! (100 grams!) And they are so delicious in stirfries.
- one cup bean sprouts
- teriyaki sauce
- one tablespoon krema products cashew nut butter
- 15 gram peanuts
Directions: saute onion in teriyaki sauce. Add carrots. Then broccoli and bean sprouts, Remove from heat and top with peanuts and cashew nut butter.
