Note: I love my yogurt and vita muffin mixes pre workout! Hit the spot! You can do this without the vita top, too. Make blueberry yogurt without added sugar!
- 1/2 container non fat voskos greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- apple berry vita top
Directions: mix yogurt, truvia and blueberries. If you don't have a vita top, eat with the frozen blueberries, it's awesome! If you do, then allow the berries to thaw overnight in the yogurt.
