Baked Eggplant with Cottage Cheese and Chicken Tomato Sauce

Note: This was the perfect meal. I was so hungry. It was a lot of food and hit the spot :)

- eggplant
- sea salt
- 1/2 cup daisy cottage cheese

Chicken Tomato sauce
- 2 ounces chicken
- minced garlic
- garlic powder
- onion flakes
- tomato

Directions: cut eggplant into slices. Top with sea salt. Bake at 400 in oven for 40 minutes. meanwhile, in a non stick skillet, cook the chicken tomato sauce ingredients. First galic, then add chicken and seasonings. Last add tomatoes, in and mush them into a sauce. Serve with cottage cheese. I mixed them altogether while eating.
