Asian Style Eggs

Note: I wondered what other protein I could use soy sauce on and thought of the idea of eggs... and decided to google it and learned it's a popular asian recipe! I healthified the recipe a bit by using only the whites and adding chicken

- 4 egg whites
- minced garlic
- ginger root
- sea salt
- 3 oz chicken
- soy sauce

Directions: Cook eggs with ginger and garlic. Top with sea salt, chicken, soy sauce.
