Artichoke Burger and Tomato Coleslaw

Note: Using the delicious artichoke burgers Five Star Foodies sent me, I made a coleslaw with tomatoes. My dressing was the usual balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard and truvia.

Ingredients:
- Five Star Foodies artichoke burger
- cabbages: red and green
- carrot
- tomato
- onion
- dressing: balsamic vinegar, truvia, dijon mustard
