Apple with PB Tofu Pudding

Note: This is a good meal to have pre workout as it's low fat and high in protein. I did not mix the peanut butter with water, so if you have PB2 don't mix it. However, this would also work with regular peanut butter as well

Ingredients:
- apple
- 1/3 package Nasoya Silken tofu
- serving fitnutz peanut butter
- truvia

Directions: blend tofu, fitnutz peanut butter powder, and truvia in blender. Cut apple in chunks and dip in tofu pudding.
